Q. How do I
purchase something from the site?
A. Cash Converters has
entered into a joint venture with Trade Me. You can choose to bid
for products online, or proceed with purchasing goods at a listed
Buy Now price. All the standard terms of conditions of Trade Me
apply, with the added bonus that most of our goods are also covered
by our Cash Converters Warranty. Click

Q. What if I don't
want to bid at auction and I would rather just buy it from the
store?
A. Once a product has
been listed for auction, it cannot be purchased in store. If the
there is a Buy Now price listed, you are welcome to purchase it
instantly. If the auction fails to reach its reserve, then you are
welcome to contact the store directly, but if you really love it
and don't want to take any chances - bid for it!
Q. When I buy
something at auction, can I pick it up from the store?
A. Of course you can!
We offer a full shipping and delivery service for all our auction
goods, but if you are buying something from a local store, you are
welcome to save shipping costs by picking it up.
